Welcome to GoMeete. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoMeete website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GoMeete Inc. ("GoMeete," "we," "us," or "our").

2. User Accounts

GoMeete provides a platform for scheduling and managing appointments, events, and lead generation. The specific features and functionality available to you depend on the type of account you have and the subscription plan you select.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
While we strive to ensure that the Services are available at all times, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance on the Services from time to time, which may result in temporary unavailability.
4. AI Chatbot Usage
Our platform includes AI chatbot functionality that allows you to create, customize, and interact with AI-powered chatbots. The following terms apply specifically to this feature:
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the chatbot feature to:
- Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Impersonate another person or entity without authorization
- Attempt to extract personal or sensitive information from other users
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms
- Create chatbots that violate third-party intellectual property rights
4.2 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
When you create a chatbot and provide content to train it (whether by uploading documents or providing URLs to crawl), you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant GoMeete a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process this content to provide and improve the chatbot services.
The output generated by the chatbot is provided for informational purposes only. GoMeete does not claim ownership of chatbot-generated content, but you are responsible for how you use this output.
4.3 Accuracy and Limitations
AI chatbot responses are generated based on the data provided and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You should not rely on chatbot outputs for critical decisions related to legal, financial, medical, or other specialized fields without appropriate professional consultation.
GoMeete makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of chatbot responses. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on chatbot outputs.
4.4 Service Limitations
Depending on your subscription plan, there may be limitations on:
- Number of chatbots you can create
- Volume of queries per day
- Size and number of documents that can be processed
- Number of URLs that can be crawled
We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time to ensure system stability and fair usage of our services.
5. Payments and Billing
Some aspects of the Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US dollars and do not include taxes, which may be added to the fees where applicable.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees according to the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for these fees.
For subscription plans, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time. If we make a significant change to the fees or billing methods, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees or billing methods.
6. User Content
Our Services allow you to create, upload, store, and share content, including text, images, and data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your User Content.
By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any User Content through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content as described above; (ii) your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and (iii) your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by GoMeete and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
GoMeete and related logos, product and service names are trademarks of GoMeete Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We may terminate or suspend your account or access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.
Upon termination, we will deactivate your account and you will no longer have access to your account or User Content. We may also delete your User Content after a reasonable period of time following termination. We will not be liable to you for any termination of your account or access to the Services.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOMEETE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOMEETE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoMeete harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. General Terms
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoMeete concerning your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and GoMeete.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
13.3 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
