We collect several types of information from and about users of our platform, including:
Personal Information: This includes identifiers such as your name, email address, telephone number, and postal address, as well as login credentials for your account.
Calendar Data: Information about your schedules, appointments, meetings, attendees, and any other data related to your calendar management needs.

3. AI Chatbot Data Collection
Our platform includes AI chatbot functionality that processes and stores additional types of data:
Chatbot Conversations: Text conversations between you and our AI chatbot are stored to provide the service and improve responses. These conversations may be retained for a period determined by your account settings.
Vector Embeddings: Our system creates vector embeddings (1536-dimensional numerical representations) of text content to enable semantic search capabilities. These embeddings do not contain personally identifiable information in their raw form but are linked to your user ID for access control purposes.
Uploaded Documents: When you upload documents to train or customize a chatbot, we extract and process the content, metadata, and structure of these documents. This information is associated with your user ID and the specific chatbot ID in our Azure AI Search index.
URL Content: When you provide URLs for a chatbot to crawl, we may process and store content from those websites to enhance the chatbot's knowledge base. You should only provide URLs you have permission to use for this purpose.
Chatbot Configuration: Settings you choose for your chatbots, including names, descriptions, customization options, and visibility settings (public/private).
